Time Travel romance novel set in Scotland?

I'm looking for a book I read about 8 years ago. I'm not sure if it was even new then...Basically an American woman goes to a travel agency looking for a vacation and is sent back in time to medieval Scotland. She wakes up in the middle of nowhere and is rescued by a man that at first she can not stand but later falls in love with him and she chooses to stay instead of going back to the time she came from. It seems like he was some sort of royalty (Laird maybe?) and that they were hiding or on the run. There were several other people with them throughout the book. I know this is extremely vague but if anyone has the slightest clue as to what this book might be...
