A bomb exploded! A car driving past veered off the bridge and plummeted into the swirling, icy water below. Down stream a few miles away, washed up the arms and legs of the rivers latest victims. Flying overhead were scavenger birds, which began to fest upon the remains. They pecked and gnawed at the waterlogged and decaying flesh, like a starving man, enjoying an ornate holiday meal. The skin swollen, with a blackish blue color to it, and the smell of old pennies or rusting iron. Each peck left a pinkish tear in what was once a warm loving hand that felt pleasure and pain. Now the only feeling that surrounded it was that of the crows and vultures, as their bellies became full of the succulent treat.

(the goblins were shuned by socitey because they looked ugly since the begining of time and the urxes are rebellious people shunning goblins thats why they want war). anyway Aaron finds out the man is traveling to the kingdom to ask to fight for the king and Aaron asks to go with him. He agrees and the man teaches him sword fighting. while on the trip Aaron finds a Mysterious cape that when he puts it on he blends into the shadows he also learns that once he puts it on he can shadow travel. he hides it from the man. one night when they are sword fighting a group of shadow elves attack them. The man uses magic to defend himself and Aaron finds out that he is a elf. They keep on journering and they are attacked by more shadow elves the man asks aaron if he has anything he shouldent have and he shows him the cape. The man gets mad takes the cape and tells Aaron that he has put them both in grave danger for the shadow cape is the shadow elves sacred object (each type of elf has a antient object like the forest elves have the leaf of life). they then travel to the elvish holy city and give the cape to the elf king. the elf king tells them to take it and the elf king gives them both guardians. The gurdians are a wizard and a dwarf.

Halo 4 Trailer... WTF!?

Halo 3 had one of the best endings in video game history. Finally giving Master Chief the send off he deserved; a hero floating in the midst of space, saving humanity and asking Cortana to wake him if she gets lonely. I mean that ending impacted me emotionally because I got to care for Chief and Cortana over the course of three games. And when it had 117 carved into the piece of ship at the memorial, I shed a tear because of how masterfully it was done. Drift Innovation HD170 Stealth vs. GoPro HD Hero?

close one. Waterproof quality, GoPro is better. But....the video quality and features of the Drift camera are far superior. Remote control, LCD screen, and easy menu (I have to carry the manual with me on the GoPro to understand the codes ;) Drift aren't as well known, but in my opinion their products are better. They also have a waterproof pouch coming which I am looking forward to getting my hands on. I currently own both, and always use the Drift where possible, previously I used GoPro for surfing, but it could soon be heading towards eBay once I get the pouch for the Drift!

Invest in a condenser mic and recording monitors. You can also get a simple mixer to run guitars and mics into a computer. You definitely wanna get a program like garage band or qbase to mix the sounds together. Finally, for drums, you have a couple of options. Help with weight loss?

I am an obese teenager... I am 15 years of age and weigh a bone crushing 330 lbs... however I am 6'3" and have a fair portion of that weight in muscle...I have a very big body build so I'm not like a round ball of fat I have muscle tone. Being almost 16 I want to start losing weight and get looking good for high school! I have tried diets and excersize but I tend to veer of course... Punk, scene, emo and goth are not the same subculture, though there is plenty of crossover between punk and goth, and punk and the original emotive hardcore scene (which was derived from hardcore punk). Scene and "emo" has plenty of crossover, but all of it looks ridiculous. I'm not going into the history of punk and goth, but trust me, it's stupid to think that you can become punk or goth overnight by changing your look. These are subcultures with fashion styles that go along with them, not fashion tends to change whenever you feel like it. If you are interested in punk or goth, research it and learn about it and see if it suits you, then listen to the music, and if you like that THEN maybe start the fashion. However, you seem interested merely in the sartorial aspects of an edgier style. Fine, where whatever you want, but don't call yourself punk.

Abnormal anger issues in a 3 year old?

When my brother was younger, he was EXACTLY like that. We tried everything, we took him to a behaviorist, and it helped little. When he was about four, we discovered he had an EXTREME interest in the presidents. (Like where they were from, important things they did, stuff like that.) We then went to the book store and bought a couple of books on them, and also got some kid movies we found. Every night, we would all sit as a family and do something with the presidents, but only if my brother had behaved himself that day. By the time we had been doing this a couple of months, he could recite the presidents in order, he knew what the Emancipation Proclamation was, and could tell you endless facts about them. He had now found a reason to behave himself. He is now eight, and we have found his outburst are getting more rare, he still enjoys the presidents, but has other interest too, all revolving around history. So my advice to you is just try to find something she enjoys, and spend some quality time with her. Maybe it will help her like it did my brother.

Hi first off I am 15 years old and don't get me wrong, I love my mom. I love her more than anything else because she is my hero and the strongest person I know and does so much for me. (sorry if i sound arrogant) I know that i dont know it all, and i understand adults know best , and i want to know if my feelings are justified. My bus driver flirts with my mom, has publically sworn on the bus (the SOB word and the B-word) to us kids (quite young kids ride my bus), and yesterday someone sprayed purfume and the driver got all mad. this is understandible....someone could be allergic. But then, he walks straight over to me and yelled at me for this WITH NO EVIDENCE. (and belive me or not i didnt do it) He told everyone that we all have to sit 3 to a seat, we cant talk on the bus, and that phones will be taken away if caught out of backpack if i dont confess to what i did. At this point i was overwhelmed i was not going to lie and say i did it that would be unholy.Then my friend Jorden who sat next to me said it was stupid that the little kid Emily told the bus driver that someone sprayed purfum. I told her that it wasnt her fault, it was the bus drivers for innfering it was me (i said it in a calm voice and at a fair distance from this driver). (not the best thing to say i do regret it) AND then he gave me the temporary kick off slip (a week). I told my mom the story, but of course she belived the bus driver. (because he is an adult and he flirts with her so she is nice to him..) Maybe i am a nieve child and i am thinking the situation is worse than it is, maybe all bus drivers are like this. Time Travel romance novel set in Scotland?

I'm looking for a book I read about 8 years ago. I'm not sure if it was even new then...Basically an American woman goes to a travel agency looking for a vacation and is sent back in time to medieval Scotland. How do I prepare the Enchant Seed spell on the Sims Medieval?

I'm playing the Squirrel Infestation quest on the Sims Medieval with my Sorceress Amalthea (Level 10). I had earlier attempted to play the dragon quest or whatever but I failed due to the point my 'Target" mysteriously disappeared and was never seen again. This left me with the Friendship spell but I'm unable to cast it. This poses multiple problems 1. that I have a spell I can't cast, and another that in this new quest, the Friendship spell and the Enchant Seed spell have the exact same ruin combination. So every time I attempt to make the Enchant Seed, it will only make the Friendship. When I already have the Friendship, it tells me that I've already made this spell. It's so frustrating! I don't want to quit the quest but I need help figuring out how it will except that I want the Enchant Seed!

Have You Heard This Before?

I am doing a manga comic (I'm no pro, I'm just gonna put it up on youtube) and I don't wanna copy anyone, so I just wanna know, have any of you heard this story idea before. In a medieval setting, two great nations are at war in secret to the public. And when the public learns of this war, all the peasants, and commoners from both sides come together, and start a rebellion, because the reason that they so poor, was because most of the natural resources and supplies that would have gotten to them were instead sent to the war effort. Although, this rebellion quickly becomes much more sinister then what was originally intended, so someone steps up to lead the rebellion back to its original plans (he is the main protagonist, but I haven't thought of a name) This story shows allot more war style/large combat fighting, but when they do fight one on one, most of them use talismans to help them fight (some talismans are more powerful and unique than others, and those ones get names to them and become known far and wide, where as others tend to have many of the same talisman and are weaker, and the final type of talisman are talismans that help other talismans be more powerful) The main character gets a powerful talisman (among other weak ones) called polygon (I'm still toying with the name of the actual manga, but I'm thinking of calling it polygon) and this talisman gives him the ability to teleport (to an extent) And other than that I don't have much more to the story to tell you. So, again, please tell me if you herd any of that before (and I know I shouldn't care since I don't know if I'm copying anyone but I just want it to be original) Also, tell me how I could change it to make it better, or if you have a name for the main character or a title for the manga, or something like a new character, that would all be good too. I worked at McDonalds and I was told to go do a trash run. The bin that we use to transfer trash to the dumpster is a fair amount shorter than I am. It was really hot so I decided to give it a push. It veers off and smashes into another employees car, smashing the rear window. I talk it over with the employee and we agree on me helping him pay for it. The store owner apparently comes in and takes on the responsibility of the window and pays for it, and also fires me. Is that a legitimate excuse for firing me?

I thought of "I never asked you to forget, just to forgive". Not sure if anyone has actually quoted it or not. But I think it'd make some one a nice tattoo or just a plain ol' good quote for some one who's done some one wrong. Then tonight I was walking back from a class and saw her leave a building ahead of me. She literally walked right in front of me with out even taking any notice of me. Then 10 minutes later I was in the lobby of my dorms talking to a friend and she had to walk past me to get to the elevator. She completely ignored me and just walked straight to the elevator. I like having her as a friend and I am attracted to her, but at the same time I am not in love with her or anything. I just want to know why she is acting like this? Do I have arachnophobia?

All my life I've been scared of spiders, since my mother made up the "biting spider" that lives in the basement and dies on Christmas day to keep me from seeing the gifts in the basement. But I'm not sure if I qualify for having the phobia. I heard that just seeing a picture of a spider would make an arachnophobe have like a seizure. This morning I saw a spider in the basement with leg span of about a 50 cent coin and screamed at the top of my lungs, ran upstairs, and called my mom to hurry home to kill the tarantula in the basement. I know that is quite irrational, but I did not have a seizure or anything. And I actually study spiders all night some days on the computer, interested in the different kinds and the most venomous. But whenever I see one, I freak out and if it's at night when I'm alone downstairs, there are issues. The most recent time I saw one scurry across the floor, I sprinted upstairs to my bedroom and shut the door and went to sleep in fear, without even leaving my room to brush my teeth. Before that, I spent an hour trying to kill a tiny spider, which I eventually did, using 2 five pound weights, a guitar hero controller, and a flip flop. Although this happens to me with most bugs, spiders are the only ones that make me scream (with the exception of large silverfish and house centipedes). Do I actually have arachnophobia? Or is it just a small fear that generates huge screams? Just note that when I am fleeing a room, I don't grab anything but myself, not even my phone.

When I unlocked/freed understone, everyone there hated me. It was annoying hearing boos and hisses everywhere I went, and since it was the only place I was hated I neutralized all of them with relationship quests and even befriended a couple of them. The only problem now is that the NPC kids there still hate me, so I still hear tons of boos and insults when I show up. But kids do not have opinion bars, and when I perform positive actions in front of them they will initially clap and tell me how awesome I am etc etc but go back to the booing and hissing seconds later. Is there any way to appease the brats, make them not hate the Hero? Or are kids in the game unalterable?

Board Game with Battles - easier than Risk or Axis & Allies?

Depending on the scale you like (small battles vs big campaigns) I would recommend Richard Borg's games starting with Battle Cry (American Civil War) and running through the Command and Conquer series from GMT Games (a heavier war game series) and Memoir '44. These games include blocks, cards and minatures and variable terrain tiles. They are played in very fast little scenarios which can be played in an hour or more. I have enjoyed each of them.

Error code 13 on The Sims 3?

Hi I've been experiencing error code 13 a lot on The Sims 3 lately (I've had the game since '09, I don't have World Adventures or Medieval or any expansion pack), I've experienced error code 13 a little bit in the past, I always just went to edit town and then changed something and then it was fine. Recently, that hasn't been working, also I experienced error code 12 once and there was no solution to that error. Can someone help me/tell me why it's happening? I have a lot of custom content and one world I play a lot is really full, so that's probably a reason why. Is there anything I can do to avoid these errors and not have to delete anything? I already deleted a lot of other saved worlds and saved sims!
